We have two interesting pieces of news for you, one about THE EXPENDABLES 3 (which are so pumped for) and one about a tv series for … FROM DUSK TILL DAWN.
News broke back in May that Robert Rodriguez was going to bring FROM DUSK TILL DAWN to the small screen in the form of a tv series. It isn’t just words now, the series is actually going to begin filming this coming October.
Rodriguez will write the series, produce it and direct it, no word yet on how it is being adapted to fit the small screen. The film spawned several awful sequels, will a tv series live up to the original? Who knows, but this is an odd one to adapt isn’t it?
Now on to THE EXPENDABLES 3, another name has been confirmed for the film.
Glen Powell has signed on to played the role of Shooting Nears, a main role. Now you may not know his name, Powell is a relative newcomer, and this is a pretty big score. His character will be a a pilot, computer hacker and combat veteran, so he has his work cut out for him.
Filming is due to start on August 19th, so we know have a confirmed date!
News will be flowing for the film with shooting starting next week, how exciting!
