The Monsters Eye (aka short little Marcey) attended this past weekends OZ Comic Con in Melbourne! The event itself was held at the Royal Exhibition Building over the Saturday and Sunday, and what an event it was! It had many stalls and booths and a load of celebrity guests including horror royalty Robert Englund AKA Freddy Krueger.

FINALLY! Proper pictures have emerged from the long awaited reboot MAD MAX FURY ROAD! Seriously it feels like years and years since this was announced and then finally filmed, it feels surreal that pictures have been released to be honest.
This film did have problems, they had to move shooting locations after mother nature messed up their plans. Charlize Theron who went bald for this role has grown all her hair back already, so yes it is exciting to have pictures, because now this film feels real! Yay!

Well Richard Bates has a follow up film called SUBURBAN GOTHIC, with a cast that includes these amazing folks: Kat Dennings, Ray Wise, Jeffrey Combs, John Waters Matthew Gray Gubler and Sally Kirkland. The film is set to make its premiere at Fantasia Fest (they are also screening THE SEARCH FOR WENG WENG), how damn exciting!
