About Crawl

A seedy, small-town bar-owner hires a mysterious Croatian to murder an acquaintance over an unpaid debt. The crime is carried out, but a planned double-crossing backfires and an innocent waitress is caught in the crossfire. Now a hostage in her own home, the young woman is driven to desperate measures in a frantic bid for survival.

A stylish, atmospheric neo-noir with shades of Blood Simple and Red Rock West, CRAWL is the debut feature of Australian brothers Paul and Ben China. Darkly humorous, unrelenting and capped off by a blood-curdling and unforgettable climax, your nerves won’t let you forget CRAWL!

“Not since the Coen Brothers Blood Simple has there been a more exciting thriller debut… A nail-bitingly effective study in slow-burning terror… Scary, Sly, and Sexy… A twisted and skilful homage to film noir"

Alan Jones, FrightFest

“A fantastic achievement in ratcheting up tension and suspense"

Ain't it Cool News
